Starting his career as a security guard while earning a bachelor's degree in business administration from California State University, Northridge, he co-founded Unified Protective Services in 1995. Under his leadership, the company has grown into one of California's top security organizations. Mr. Farid is an active member of several industry associations, including BOMA, ICSC, and ASIS.

Vice President Operations

Joseph Faustina Jr., Vice President of Operations at Unified Protective Services, brings a wealth of expertise from his diverse career in engineering, education, and management. With an MBA and a bachelor’s in civil engineering, Joseph’s background includes key roles such as CEO of Limai Education Inc. and Director of Facilities at the Weingart Center. His strategic leadership and commitment to operational excellence drive our continued success and innovation in security solutions.

Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Morgan has been with Unified Protective Services since 2001, starting as an Accounting Assistant. Through dedication and hard work, he quickly rose to lead our accounting department. As CFO, Mr. Morgan oversees all organizational finances and accounting practices.

Human Resources Manager.

Mrs. Sylvia has been with Unified Protective Services for over a year, bringing extensive security and customer service experience. She ensures all recruitment, training, and retention policies are satisfied and excels as a Recruitment Specialist for uniformed security contract services. With a decade of experience, she has built networks specializing in the recruitment and job placement of security professionals throughout Southern California.

Office Manager & Building Operations Manager

With eight years of dedicated service at United, Crystal Medina has demonstrated exceptional commitment and hard work. Beginning her career in telemarketing, she has risen through the ranks to excel in her dual roles as Office Manager and Building Operations Manager. Crystal efficiently oversees daily office operations and building management, contributing significantly to the company's smooth and effective functioning. Her strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and collaborative leadership make her a key asset to the team. Outside of work, Crystal is a devoted wife and mother of four, and she actively engages in community service, reflecting her well-rounded dedication to both her professional and personal life.
